“Perfect for an easy access to the city”
Alberto was a very good host! Responsive and has great recommendations. Is a short walk from the bus station and even with a big suitcase it was comfortable to arrive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is big and has everything you'd need. It's on the first floor so only one flight of stairs.

Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, historic building, beautiful floors. People living upstairs, and garbage collectors ringing the door bell in the morning, added to the authentic experience. Easy to find, punctual checkiner.

“Enjoyable authentic Venetian stay”
We were in Venice during the week when all water taxis were booked out. Really appreciated the fact the apartment is within walking distance to Venice Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. The apartment is charming with modern furniture styled together old wooden furniture that suits the style of a Venetian home.

I booked this apartment for location and it’s excellent as I wanted an apartment near to train station. It’s very walkable within Venice and the water bus station is within reached which is convenient for trip to Murano etc…

“Perfect place for family time”
Lovely spacious apartment for a family or group of friends. Very good contact with the host, Pietro. It had all we needed - washing machine is a big plus! Perfect location, nice restaurant are just round the corner and so are the vaporetto stops. We all really loved it!

“Charming place with perfect location for families”
This was a perfect spot for our family during our 3 day visit to Venice. The location is absolutely perfect because it's only a 10 minute walk from the train station and bus station (from here it's about 15-20 minutes to the airport). We got to the place easily with several large suitcases without having to require the service of any of the porters. Getting in and out of Venice itself was easy. If you are fit and healthy, you can easily walk almost everywhere in Venice without needing to jump on any boats. If you have the pass for the ferry, it's even more convenient because there's a stop just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was very charming with 3 spacious bedrooms. The living room area was very cute. The kitchen was a bit smaller, but we didn't use it at all on this trip.

“Comfy, clean, close to everything!”
The location is walking distance from train station, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the place was clean, spacious and has all amenities you can possibly need. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful, this place was honestly grand! It was much better than I expected it.

The host and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The host was also very responsive. They very generously allowed us to drop off our luggage early too! This was very convenient for the vaporetto. We enjoyed our stay.

“Great apartment for a long weekend in Venice”
Nice apartment with all the facilities we needed for a long weekend, including a good shower. Good location near the bus and train terminals as well as boat stations. Good communication from Pietro who met us (after our delayed flight) to let us in.
