“Great location away from tourists and noise.”

Great location away from tourists and noise but a short walk to Strada Nova where there is an abundance of restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, souvenirs etc. Surrounded by Venetian canals. Access by security coded gate. Comfortable bed although smallish room.

Great location. Room was a bit small but the furnishings were good and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was very good and they even gave us takeaway breakfast on our last morning as we had to leave the hotel early, before breakfast was ready in the dining room, in order to get to our next destination. They also offered a laundry service.

Very nice hotel with great location- walking distance to main attractions. Very welcoming and helpful stuff. Room was a bit small but clean and cosy, perfect for short vacation. Very good continental breakfast.

Good location away from the tourists by a couple streets. It was quiet and easy to walk to from CA D'or valporetto.. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from.

It’s perfectly situated for couple reasons 1 quiet area 2 close to the water bus stop 3 surrounding restaurants cheaper than the one’s in city centre Staff very helpful- we received multiple tips about not common places that are beautiful and hard to find if you just follow tour guide.

Very quite and clean room with everything you need to have a nice stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. The maintenance man was so quick and helpful to fix a slight problem with the key card. Only a short walk to the busy street and Restaurants and shops and the Vaporetto.

Great location, away from the really busy tourist areas but only a short walk. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were excellent and very helpful, giving really useful advice on where to eat to avoid tourist restaurants.
