Comfortable place to stay Far enough away to be peaceful Close enough to easily reach all the sites, whether by water bus or walking. Facilities were good Owner was very helpful. Local advice appreciated

Residence is not so far from the bus stop and also close to vaporetto station. Rooms were clean and we also had prepared small snack after arrival. Behind corner is bakery and 10 minutes far is food store. It is located in university area, so it's quite cheap and quietly here.

Very nice owner. Convenient for water bus, only 2-3 minutes walk. 700 meters to supermarket for easy shopping. Clean and cozy commadation. Highly recommend.

Beatrice met us at the water taxi and walked us to the apartment and then spent time to tell us all we needed to know about the apartment and how to get around the city. It was awesome advice and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

I liked a lot the apartment, very functional, and perfect for 2-3 people. It was a great value for the price. Additonally, the host Beatrice was very helpful and made us feel like at home immediately.

New appliances and everything else seemed new. Clean, fully functional. Beatrice was attentive and considerate to my requests. Location is good. Close enough to be practical and not busy or noisy. Overall very cosy, big space.

Very clean and spacious apartments, there were no problems with hot water and heating. The area is very quiet and calm, so I slept wonderfully during my two nights in these apartments. 3-minute walk away is a bakery, a ten-minute walk away is a wonderful restaurant with very tasty food and staff, next to the restaurant is a cool grocery store where you can buy everything you need , and also there is the water bus stop 8 minutes walk. The most important plus of these apartments this is their owner, because she is a wonderful person, who is very polite , sociable, punctual. She can give you an advise about everything you interest in and be with you in touch during your stay.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the island and is an easy 20 minute walk with luggage from Santa Lucia Railway Station. The water bus stop was only about 5 minutes walk away. Beatrice was waiting for us outside the apartment and was an excellent host, giving suggestions on public transport and reasonably priced places nearby for dining. Breakfast items provided were exceptional and ample. Was wonderful to have cooking facilities and particularly a washer/dryer.

Fantastic, spacious apartment with absolutely everything you need. It’s in the quieter end of town but close to vaporetto stop and only 10 minute walk to the main bus station. Beatrice was helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend a stay here and exploring everything Venice has to offer.

“Loved Venezia -it exceeded our expectations!”

Beatrice was so lovely she met us at the water taxi and explained everything. She was very friendly and could tell us information about where we had to go when we were leaving which was very useful too. Breakfast was a bonus as well!

We had a great stay at ca'matta. Beatrice contacted me a couple of days before our arrival to check our timing and also to inquire about our breakfast preference which as very much appreciated.

Beatrice gave a warm welcome and provided fantastic tips. I loved the location, nice and quiet and secluded away yet close enough towalk tomajor sites.

We really liked everything about this place. Beatrice was a wonderful host. Once we landed she guided well to reach the apartment. Once we reached she welcomed us and showed around the property. She provided all the required tips to see around Venice. Property was clean and has everything you need.It is also very close to the boat bus stop. I would surely recommend this place for couples and family. Its located in a quite neighborhood.
