The breakfast was incredible with traditional Italian, freshly made and slightly different offerings each day. Staff were very friendly and setting was intimate but bright and airy.

The reception area and common spaces were beautiful and created a very positive first impression. The hotel’s public areas looked elegant and gave the appearance of a high-quality property.

The hotel is very well located for all the main sights, with a fantastic Resturant for dinner just moments away. The staff are very friendly and hand make all of the breakfast cakes themselves. A must try. The room was beautiful and very clean.

Everything, wé were in an apartment across the Campo St Angelo, away from the actual Palazzo Hôtel. The campanile on the Campo St Angelo was gracefully leaning to the left There were two main restaurants and wé lunched at the better restaurant with brown checked table cloths on arrival from aéroport Marco Polo by speedboat. My travel companion, accomplice extraordinaire, was not ( éventuellement pas) that sea sick !! Good choice to book the speedboat ahead of time from France.

Great location at Campo Sant’Angelo—just a 4' walk from the Sant’Angelo vaporetto stop and about 10' from Piazza San Marco. The hotel is set in a historic palazzo overlooking a canal, with a lovely patio and beautiful Venetian décor. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety for all tastes, including fresh eggs, Venetian specialties, and fresh pastries. Special thanks to Carlomagno from the breakfast team—his exceptional brio and positive energy made the start of our days truly special. Extremely attentive, he provided top‑tier service and always made us smile. We had a wonderful stay!

We rented one of the appertements ( other building than the hotel), which was traditional Venetian style, roomy, comfortible, luxuroius, with the most comfy bed ever. Also helpful and friendly staff.

The room was magnificent and also the location! But... the breakfast... even after more than 30 years of travelling, I was surprised. I have never had a better breakfast in a hotel (I have only 4*/5* experience). Incredible. Everything fresh, incredible taste. Really high-end breakfast. And very nice and service-minded waiters. The hotel arranged a breakfast bag to take with us due to our early departure. But we decided to leave a bit later so we could experience that breakfast again. :) I think that says everything."
