Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. The area has a pleasant, local feel about it, including a friendly restaurant next door serving good food and wine. Apartments are housed in a beautifully renovated historic building next to canal, with private courtyard, garden and boat stop. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay…we appreciated all the little extras such as water, condiments etc. We also enjoyed having our own outdoor space to relax in. Good communications/instructions prior to arrival and staff friendly and helpful. We loved it and look forward to returning next year.

Stunning building, fantastic location and luxury.

Great location and vibe in the area. Easy access to pretty much everything you need. Getting picked up by the motor boat taking us to Murano from the double doors within the Palazzo was a highlight as well as the private garden we had access to. Friendly and helpful staff in every way. Modern and contemporary apartment as well as super clean. Highly recommend staying with them.

This place is in a great central area in the heart of Venice. Truly authentic area and very traditional. Close to the best restaurants in the city. Loved our stay. A special thank you to the owner for personally meeting us after midnight to ensure a smooth and welcoming check in. That extra care and hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this hotel delivered both location and style, making our Venice experience even more special. Spotless clean.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. It had everything we needed for our stay and was cleaned and furnished to a high standard. Admittedly we stayed in winter so didn’t take full advantage of the available amenities, but the garden is a lovely addition (with beautiful cats!) and it’s incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond with recommendations and organising activities to make the most of our time in the city.
