“Great location, clean and good facilities”
Great location just by the Rialto bridge. Good facilities and we were grateful for the washing machine as we were touring round. Good shower and beds were comfortable. There was coffee and water provided when we got there.

The flat was clean and tidy, perfect for us (two adults and one kid). It was close to the vaporetto. The owner was helpful and told us everything ahead, how to get there how to get in etc.

“Great location, worth to stay here”
Location is great, 5 minute from Rialto and 7 minute from station. All was great here, we liked the experience. Only there can be a little trait for guest like sweets or much coffee, no other comments.

Ideal apartment for a family of 4. Very clean, fully equipped,, very comfortable beds. All the information given by the owner were very helpful and precise. The location is ideal, at the hart of Venice, very close to public transport from the airport. The special luggage storage room that is accessible after check out is supper helpful.

“Good location and Comfortable enough for a short stay”
The Location was great close to shops, restaurants and attractions and the local market. We were very happy we could store our luggage there outside the departure time. The host was responsive through Whatsapp.

“Amazing location, perfect for family”
The best thing about this apartment is the location—literally a one-minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Although there’s no lift, it wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and features a fully equipped kitchen, which was fantastic. It was also pleasantly warm during our December stay. Alberto was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Venice.

“We had a wonderful time in this historic property”
We loved our stay in this apartment in Venice. We learned that the building was the old salt store for the Rialto fish markets and was built in the 1500’s. The location was fantastic and never more than 15 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to get to. Alberto was a wonderful host and everything went to plan.

The property is located at a very convenient location, it is closed to the train station, bus station, and it is surrounded by various restaurants!
