“I would recommend this hotel for location, amazing staff and an historic experience in a great city”

The location of the hotel, "Palazzo" was incredible. Located next to the Rialto Bridge and on the Grand Canal, all the restaurants and amenities on the doorstep and all the sights and areas of interest are within walking distance, nothing more than 20 possible 30 minutes away, mostly only 15 minutes, St Mark's Square is a 5-10 minute walk, depending on hour distracted you get. The hotel is in an original Palazzo building and the rooms are located on the 3rd floor, this means there is very little noise heard from the street and canal. Our room was at the front of the building, the double glazing is excellent and the shutters can be closed to reduce any noise even further if needed, we didn't need to close except during a storm, we visited at the end of May. Our room was decorated in the style and feel of a Palazzo and extremely comfortable a very good size for the room and the bathroom. We were very happy with the housekeeping and the room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned very well. It felt very private, we didn't hear any noise from other guests and only having a few rooms meant we felt very well looked after and as though we got a very personal service. The breakfast was a combination of a small buffet and a la carte order of hot food from the menu, you can eat as much as you like, and the waiting staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The food was prepared to order and very tasty. In summary we would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the staff, historic building, location and room were ideal for a trip to this historic and beautiful city. We took recommendations from staff on trips and restaurants and were not disappointed, all in all a great first trip to Ven ice and we shall definitely go back.

Everything. The beautiful Venetian charm and decor, the location is superb-right next to the Rialto bridge and the staff are absolutely lovely. Considering how central it is the rooms were very quiet and slept well each night we were there. Breakfast was just stunning-both in flavour and the room we ate it in.

First time in Venice for 3 nights stay. Fantastic location and staff are super friendly. Beautiful and clean decor. Everything you need to do or see is in walking distance, shops, restaurants etc. For the price I highly recommend.

Exquisite. Lived for one night like a noble form Venice. Eliza, ask for her to make you her omelette. Probably best I have ever had. Very comfortable bed. Hospitality and hosting skills are world class, we were made to feel special. We would gladly come back amd stay longer.

Loved staying here - wish we stayed longer. The room was beautiful, we were upgraded for free and the staff were super helpful.

The only downside of our visit was that there was no restaurant at the hotel ! Otherwise everything else first class
