We booked a room for 3 guests, with 1 extra bed, but the second bed wasn't prepared for us, we didn't even have the bedsheets, and had to prepare it on our own.

Affordable luxury: we stayed in a suite over looking the canal , hotel has private canal reachable by water taxi , great location , 20 min enjoyable walk to plazzo san marco and 5 min walk to Ca’ra d’oro water bus stop (line 1) as well as 5 min walk to other side to reach murano and burano Snack room very considerate thought Children friendly (with marshmallows at reception made my little one very happy) Friendly staff overall Helpful receptionists with recommendations and plans

Nice place next to canal

Excellent hotel, good location, we had a room with a view of the canal, from time to time gondolas sailed right under the window, very atmospheric, very welcoming and friendly staff, upon arrival there was a pleasant compliment, a bottle of wine with snacks, we will definitely come back here again)

It was just perfect! Hotel is located just a minute away from busy main street but in a really quiet area. Room was excellent, clean, beautifully decorated and arranged. Family voted it as the best room we ever had in a hotel on our travels. Breakfast was really good, cold cuts (including excellent prosciutto, yum), cereals, fruits, pastry, eggs… everything one could desire.

Don’t let the exterior of the hotel fool you — once inside, it offers a truly authentic Venice experience, especially in the rooms. They are spacious, comfortable, and lavishly decorated in classic Venetian style. The staff were genuinely welcoming and communicated clearly in English. A special mention for their kindness when my daughter was unwell — they even offered to take her tea while she rested in the room. The team were also happy to share excellent local knowledge, recommending restaurants and pointing out some wonderful off-the-beaten-track sights.

“Very good quiet Hotel”

Great location in a quiet corner away from the busyness but only a couple of minutes walk to a good Vaporetto stop and close to a quiet little back street with several good,small restaurants not overtly catering to tourists. Staff were helpful, room was enormous overlooking a small canal, (and with a charming, significant slope to the floor) and it was extremely quiet. We never heard another sound in our second floor room. Breakfast was also good and although the main breakfast room was small during the rush period, the second adjacent room always had plenty of space. Complementary tea, coffee and pastries all day were also appreciated, particularly as tea drinkers with only a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is in a quiet location within walking distance of restaurants and cool bars. We had a room upgrade via booking.com genius. Nice to have a bath the only thing missing for us was a kettle in the room but the coffee machine produced hot water. The breakfast was fresh and nice a selection of hot and cold provided. Drinks prices were reasonable.
