“Expensive and disappointing”
For a boutique hotel the shower was too small and bed was small.we had to pay in full 6 months in advance and no cancellation or refund at anytime. We felt it was very overpriced and breakfast was an additional10 euro pp Very disappointing.

“Perfect stay!”
Loved it! The room was very tipical venezian, loved the wooden ceiling and the beautiful bed! It was nice and clean, they even had a fly screen and a mosquito plug installed! Would definettely recommend coming here! Also - right around the courner are some great bars, where you can get aperol spritz for only €3,50!!

“Perfect stay in venice”
Perfect in every way. The staff were all lovely, the location was great, the room was big, bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had a lovley stay here for 3 days in venice, and id definatley book again if i was to return to venice.

Excellent location with a beautiful view from the window, overlooking a charming small bridge and canal with gondolas. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and it offers great value for money.

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Location was ideal, not too busy or too quiet. It's a short walk to most tourist locations. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Hotel and room where very clean.

The location was excellent, very to everything!. I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel is located a non congested place, where you can actually enjoy the canals and appreciate art as there are plenty of galleries near by. Also it is near by the Santa Maria di Salute which is a breathtaking church and the views from there are stunning! Also it is one stop away with the vaporetto from Saint Mark's square for those who want to go quickly to the city center. I personally adored walking on the small, picturesque alleys to cross the academia bridge and get my self on the other side. Finally, all the amenities were excellent and the accommodation provides the best trade-off of luxury and approximation to the main attraction for a budget first trip to Venice.

“Magical Experience”
The location was good, about 15 minutes walk from San Marco. The room was heated, clean, quiet, and had shampoo and hair dryer. We didn't have much information about hotel prices in Venice to make a comparison but the conditions were very good 🙂
