Location and the flat were great. We had a very good experience. Communication with the host very smooth, everything clear and easy to understand. Everything that we could need was available - hairdryer was the most surprising item, I've never dried my hair so fast! Beds were also very comfy.

Well appointed apartment with everything I needed. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Excellent air-conditioning for a pretty humid couple of days! The stairs were a struggle getting a suitcase up, but there weren't too many!

“Great place for a long stay in Venice”

The hosts, Max and Cristiana, were the best, always available to reply to any of our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. The air conditioning was a must since the city was extremely hot during daytime. They have an online system to open the building and the apartment door, but once you get inside there are also keys.

Wonderful location, in the old ghetto, very close to the train station and Piazzale Roma. Easy to find, very modern key system . Comunication with Massimo, the owner, was excellent. Clean and comfortable, very well equiped kitchen, all amenities for 3 person. Thank you Massimo. I highly recommend. I will come back .

Remember, you are visiting Venice - the building has been here since before we were born, and is part of a jumble of similar buildings. Let it be part of the charm! The listing is accurate and the apartment is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Our host uses a web based security system that enables entry via a smartphone, and keys are also available. The same system let's the host open the door remotely. The apartment is close to the main drag (and the train station), but far enough off it to be out of the crowd. There are stairs, but we had stairs in all of our accommodations in Italy. If you stay here, please adhere to the instructions on the upper window in the kitchen - the cat really does visit. This is a great home base to explore Venice from and we would stay here again!

“Lovely Apartment in Venice”

We loved that the apartment had a full kitchen and two bedrooms! One bedroom for me and my husband, and another one for our little one. We also liked that the apartment had a washer. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and eating. There are even spices, oil and some condiments that you would need. Also liked the little notes on where to throw garbage and recycling, etc. I also liked the lovely touch of putting towels on the bed with toiletries (shampoo + shower gel). The location is amazing - Close to the Ferrovia (train station) and a Vaporetto stop. It is also in a quieter part of Venice. It is also close to a few shops and some restaurants. There is a lovely bakery near the front door which sells lovely bread. Massimo (the host) was lovely and very helpful. We would love to go back!
