“A calm oasis in a busy city”
The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and fun. The breakfast was lovely with loads of options. Our room was massive and the bed was incredibly comfy. The location was also great as we were close to the boat/ferry service into town. Such a lovely stay and we'd definitely return.

Beautiful building in a quiet part of Venice. garden room was very nice. Staff were friendly. Vaporetto Boat stop nearby, change at lido for airport boat. magical sailing into Venice. Breakfast was great, although a bit chaotic with too many staff/guests. outside breakfast area was not open as it was winter.

“As always a very pleasant stay in Castello.”
The hotel is located in a leafy quiet corner of Venice, very relaxing and a nice view over the lagoon. Personal of the hotel is kind and always gives a clear answer to the questions we had about e.g. transportation to the airport. gain, the food was very good and the service was very pleasant.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, located in a tranquil area of Venice so it was very quiet at night. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options to choose from. 10/10, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!
