“Well located and comfortable hotel with helpful and friendly staff”
Great central location, a few minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and other attractions. The staff were very helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Andrea at reception, who gave us really good advice to help us with our sightseeing. The breakfast was also very good, provided us with a great start to each day.

“Old world style but getting stale.”
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. The hotel is well situated for the Accademia, The Guggenheim and St Marks Square. There are a number of restaurants nearby and it's easy walking from the Rialto Bridge (less than 10 mins). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The laundry service is very good and quick. The bed was really good too. The new lift installed last year is a real help with moving heavy bags more easily.

“Great location and room, breakfast needs improving”
Great location, couldn't hear any noise from outside in the room. Straight out into shops and restaurants and not too far to walk to St Mark's and the Rialto bridge etc. Room was decorated nicely with a Venetian feel. We loved the bubbling bath for tired feet.

I liked the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the welcome surprise. The position of the hotel is excellent for people looking for walking instead of using public transportation for the main objectives.
