Very convenient location for entering or leaving Venice. More quiet than most other parts of the city. The owners are the best for helping people and providing information.

Close to the train station, could reach there within a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are also plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby, with lots of good food and drink options within easy walking distance. 25 minutes walk to San Marco area. Lockers for the luggage before check-in or after check-out. The room was very quiet and clean. The host was extremely friendly, welcoming, and informative, providing lots of helpful recommendations and information during our stay.

Modern, extremely clean and comfortable room. Giovanni, our host was amazing and so welcoming with great tips on Venice itinerary. Conveniently located a short walk from Roma Piazzala or one stop on the Vaporetto from the train station if carrying heavy suitacses.

Great location, that feels central to everything you need but also tucked away so you don't have the noise at nighttime. Exceptionally clean, considered and comfortable rooms with all the facilities you need. Giovanni (the owner) was so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and wears a constant smile in his face. Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Single room was perfect for my needs. Super location, not too far from all the main sights but not so close as to be overwhelming. Giovanni was very welcoming and communicated about any issues. Highly recommend!

The room was natural, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Above all, it was spotless. If you don’t have too much luggage, it’s within walking distance from the train and bus stations, and the vaporetto stop is also very close, which made getting around very convenient. For single rooms, there’s a locker system available after check-out, so I was able to enjoy Venice freely until the very last moment. The owner was truly wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Even though my stay was just one night, thanks to his guidance I was able to explore both Burano and Murano islands and enjoy some great restaurants and cafés. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Venice.

The place created by Giovanni and Sara is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the finishes are superb, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. My room had a small balcony which made it even more special. The location is brilliant and the help they gave around what to do and where to go I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here.
