We loved everything about this gem of a property. Very spacious bedrooms and ample living space . Great that it had downstairs toilet as well as two en-suite’s. Plenty of glasses, cricket etc and tea and coffee facilities. Outside terrace was added bonus .

“Absolutely lovely”
Gorgeous, warm, clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated. Great area close to everything yet peaceful. Lovely host met us when we were so late arriving. Everything was perfect. Only tiny improvement would be a tap or hand help shower attachment in the red rooms bathroom. But we loved having two big bathrooms and an extra toilet. Loved the private court yard. Very secure and pretty

Excellent location , the property was lovely decorated to a high standard , very authentic Italian , 2 good sized double rooms with their own bathroom , near to cafes , restaurants, 20 mins stroll to the main attractions., thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

“This is a place you’ll want to return to.”
The apartment has everything a family of four needs. It features comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant finishes throughout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ensuring comfort, and there is well-functioning air conditioning in every room. The location is excellent, and the terrace adds extra space, perfect for sitting or dining outdoors.

Lovely well equipped apartment with 2 ensuite bedrooms perfect fou us two couples. Situated in a not too busy part of the city. We had no trouble finding it with Google maps. Linen and towels were of good quality and the courtyard was an added bonus. It's an easy (for Venice) 20min. walk from the train station.

“We almost became locals with in the area.”
