The apartment is nice and the location is perfect. There is an elevator right to the attic - a very rare convenience in Venice. The bed is comfy and the pillows are all memory foam, though the same size. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is a lovely bonus.

Great location, clean and really friendly serbice

We absolutely loved staying at the flat! Larger than expected, super clean and the balcony was such a great addition. We needed an extra blanket and the host was quick to reply and provided it. We received a cute welcome basket and the area is so close to everything but still feels local and quiet. We would definitely come back!

We loved the size of the apt. and it had everything we needed including ample room to do some clothes washing and air dry them in the apt. The view from the balcony was awesome. We loved the attic wooden beams even though we had to duck at times especially in the bathroom.

We had much more space than we needed. Everything was working perfectly. Having a good kitchen allowed us to make our own breakfast. Everything was sparkling clean. Comfortable bed and sofas.

The host was very gentle. The location is excellent,( 2 min.ftom the vaporetto stop and 8 min from San Marco square maybe less)and the house is fully equipped and beautifully decorated and the mattress in the bedroom very comfortable.Everything is nearby,bakery,supermarket, bars , restaurants and the view from the balcony is amazing.

Peaceful, considering you are in the heartbeat of Venice. Bed was so comefortable... sofas so comefortable. My wife loved the washing machine! (Lol) The secret attic rooftop was unique. The lift to the room unexpected. The room was so cool, and the additional fan was to hand if needed. Loved the cute kitchen, we stayed in the roof and rafters of an tradtional Venetian street. It was like being in an authentic Venetian dream for a few days.

Loved the location. Less than 10 minutes walk from St Mark’s Square and really near water bus/airport bus stop. Also the roof terrace was fab.

Location was close to the main tourist attractions. Apartment was spacious and modern with low beams and a fantastic roof garden overlooking the Venice roof tops and the tower.

The terrace is amazing and it’s really enjoyable having meals out there; location is great, so close to St Mark square and 2 minutes walk from Arsenale public transport stop. The host met us when we got there to welcome us and she was super lovely, we also got a hamper with a cheese, crackers and wine which was a nice surprise!

The location is close to a boat stop to get to places with ease. The apartment is fairly big and well equipped.
