“Great hotel in a great location”

Great location in Cannaregio. Great breakfast - very good value for money. We had a lovely room overlooking the canal.

A lovely hotel in a quiet, but convenient location (and quite easy to find). Helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. The room air-conditioning was very effective - we had it turned off most of the time.

“Venice experience we hoped for”

Hotel is in a quiet city area (not located in the center), but is only a few minutes walking to major city locations. Staff is friendly, welcoming and supportive. Cleanness is spotless, room service fantastic. At the breakfast, a fantastic service (+ delicious cappuccino) is completed with their garden (cozy chairs, birds chirping, peaceful).

The location is great, close to everything but not in a very busy section, so feels like a break from the crowds. Room was spacious and had lots of useful touches

We got a free upgrade! Everyone was welcoming. The location is amazing, close to the train station, you can take a waterbus to the airport outside the hotel. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a nice breakfast in the garden. I really recommend this hotel, especially the canal view rooms.

Everything! Fantastic position, just 3 mins walk from the waterbus stop from airport…. It was perfect when dragging luggage. Hotel is in a quieter area Venice which we loved. Our room was absolutely lovely. It was very very spacious with a very large and beautifully fitted bathroom. They even left us a bottle of prosecco on ice in the room for our arrival. The enormous bed was super comfortable, the room was very quiet and we had a view of the hotel garden. A big shout out to the staff at breakfast. They were a really happy bunch of people which was then reflected in the cheery way they went around the room and treated the guests. A real credit to the hotel. We loved this hotel! We would highly recommend and would love to return.

The hotel was really nice and modern, and close to a water taxi station, which made getting around very convenient. The breakfast had a wide selection too, which we really liked. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and they even gave us a free upgrade! If you go outside the hotel, there are also many local restaurants nearby, and they’re really good too!

Absolutely lovely place to be. We loved everything from the welcoming staff, to the room, breakfast and location. Staff was really helpful with valuable information provided that went beyond our expectations. Special thanks to Filippo. Complimentary still water was available in the room. Fridge had drinks to buy. Nice slippers were provided. Nice bathroom with free toiletries and nice water pressure. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. Quiet place to be in the evening. We were able to sleep comfortably and not hear the outside noise. We will be back. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

Really a good place to stay and explore Venice's main island. Especially at night, when the main tourist groups have left Venice, the city is so charming and quiet. It is very close to the St. Lucia Station, also the ferry station if you arrive by airplane. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, so tasty, and has many choices. Besides, the nearby restaurants are nice as well. If we come back to Venice, we will stay here again.
