“Amazing stay, 100% recommended”

Alessandro is a great host, very responsive to messages and came personally to greet us off. The stay was amazing, the room although small is equipped with everything, from toiletries and single-use slippers to snacks and water. Alessandro has thought of everything and that made our stay very enjoyable. Location is perfect for strolls and food options and very close to the vaporetto stations.

Superb location within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and all the main tourist sites but just far enough away from the busy crowds. The host was charming and exceptionally helpful, the room was lovely and clean with quality linens. There were welcome drinks and snacks, coffee etc and bathroom goods. Access to the property was easy via a coded door. We had a delightful stay and look forward to returning soon

It was in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the main attractions. Also, if you’re arriving late, the self check-in makes everything really easy. The host was very kind and welcoming!

The location is great, right in the center, yet in the same time it was very quiet, so we got good sleep. The room is brand new, very clean, modern, cozy and it has everything you need for a short visit. There were free snacks and drinks which felt very welcoming after a long flight and a ride. Host was very friendly and we will definitely be back next time

The property is a lovely small hotel with 4 rooms where you can feel the personal care and attention of the owner. The direct contact with Alessandro was very smooth. He welcomed us to drop off our luggage early afternoon and we felt immediately at home. Everything is extremely well taken care off, just impeccable. Quiet location in a small street, close to beautiful Castello neighborhood.

We arrived early in the hope of leaving our bags and Alessandro was there to greet us and allowed us to go straight to our room as it was ready. Such a friendly and welcoming man who has thought of every small detail to make your stay perfect- tea & coffee, snacks, water, soft drink, wine and also toiletries in the bathroom. Beautifully clean and spacious accommodation.

The building is absolutely stunning - the rooms, classically Venetian - were gorgeous. Check in was easy with Alessandro having sent over the details of where to find the property along with photographs. It was my partners birthday and Alessandro did everything he could to make special, from Prosecco to balloons. He was also contactable throughout the stay and was always willing to answer our questions. Venice was beautiful and, thanks to Alessandro, our holiday was even more special. Thank you. I would highly recommend this stay.
