Had a wonderful stay here and can’t recommend it enough! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful — such a beautiful couple, and they’ve created a truly beautiful home. The location is excellent for exploring the city, making everything easy and enjoyable. This place really elevated my vacation experience, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Why can we only give 5 stars, because Campiello Zen deserves 6! Susanna and Andrea are amazing hosts and make you feel right at home. Susanna might also be the best “concierge” we’ve ever met! She is so helpful and full of suggestions for weary travelers unsure of where to start. The interior design of Campiello Zen is beautiful and so tastefully done. Beds and linen world class. Absolutely recommend 👍👍

“Beautiful welcoming B&B with generous and knowledgeable hosts”

The B&B Campiello is a welcoming and beautiful place to stay with a lovely lounge area to relax and balcony to have breakfast. It felt like a home. Andrea and Susanna were very generous and knowledgeable about their beautiful city and gave great advice about places to eat, best ways to travel by foot or vaporetto (which is very close by), exhibitions and what to see in the city to make your visit a memorable one. I would highly recommend and love to come back.

The owners were extremely kind, gave us several (great) tips and made sure our stay in Venice went as smooth as possible. The hotel is simple yet very charming, comfortable, and well located in the island, close to the train station.

Andrea and suzana are most welcoming. Andrea helped us plan our day by details - most helpfull. The place is great. The kitchen full of products for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment is located in a quiet area aways from touristic crowds, close to water tram station that takes you to Murano, Burano, and Lido. The room and shared area are clean and cozy, air conditioned, beautifuly furnished and decorated, one can feel himself royal, especially drinking coffee/tea and enjoying the shade on the shared terrace. We will be happy to stay at Campiello Zen in the future and strongly recommend this place to visitors.

Campiello Zen is THE most beautiful place to stay. If you’re looking for a fabulous location, a beautiful historic building with a stunning interior, look no further! We were made to feel at home from the moment we stepped in. It was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable~just what you need after travelling. Susanna and Andrea have literally thought of everything you could possibly need, communication was fantastic. Susanna helped us to plan our trips and booked tables for us at delicious restaurants. Amazing place. Very comfortable and quiet. Hospitality on the top level. Susanna helped us with planning our short stay. The best places to eat and what to see with a kid. We were travelling by train, and it happened to be a public transportation strike on that day. You can imagine how stressful it could be. Our lovely hosts helped us to make sure that our train is guaranteed. Once again, thank you for an amazing stay at Campiello Zen B&B!

“Warm, cosy, homey, i would definitely come back and definitely recommend.”

Stayed there for 4 nights, everything was great. Room very clean and spacious, even with complimentary beverages in the fridge, which was a nice surprise. The whole place is nice and the hosts, Susanna and Andrea are really nice, warm and very helpful people. The b&b is 2 min away from waterbus station on Grand Canal and 1 station away from the train station, so everything was perfect in terms of location too, away from all the tourist crowd.

“Unforgettable beautiful stay in Venice”

Fantastic beautiful stay here that exceeded all expectations. Hosts are so helpful and really lovely poeple. Andrea is a wealth of knowledge and helped me so much with where to eat, go, walking tours, vaparetto stops which was so kind and really made me trip as I was travelling alone. The B+B is a DREAM apartment. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Venice. The location is also perfect for jumping off the vaporetto and getting there without trailing suitcases for miles down the alleys which is a BIG help - trust me! And of course, you step out of your door and it's far enough away from the busy tourist parts that it feels quiet but close enough to walk or get the vaporetto if you want to visit Rialto and St Mark's Square etc.

Really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the experience , friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby, the kitchen in the hotel had everything in it if you want to eat indoors .

Great location close to the railway station. Felt like staying with friends. Andrea gave us great tourist advice. Everything was perfect.

The B&B is located inside a very old, beautiful building, which is by itself worth the prize. But there's much more! Both the room and the bathroom are much more spacious than usual; the hosts - among the highlights of our stay - are extremely kind and go out of their way with suggestions and any help you might need; you get included coupons for a full breakfast everyday in near high quality pastry shops, and there are plenty of snacks and drinks included both in your room and in the common areas - you can easily prepare snacks or sandwiches for your daily tours in Venice. Amazing experience, highly recommended!
