“A wonderful few days in Venice, superb accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location”

The accommodation was excellent with a lot of space and facilities to feel like a home from home. We were lucky to have a suite with a nice kitchen, bedroom and 2 bathrooms which made the stay extra special. The breakfast facilities were lovely with a great selection and options. Overall, brilliant and would happily stay again.

Size of room, its location with easy access to main tourist attractions, the polite lady in breakfast and how clean it was. We appreciated having the possibility to leave our luggage in the last day.

Battled to find the location. No one met us at all the 1st day. Still have no idea if they have wifi or any other services. The stairs to get to our room where ridiculous and badly built with downward angle, making it more likely to fall.

Everything !! From the first communication and all the way until we arrived! The two owners are literally amazing and welcoming! Also they answered all of our questions with joy. Nice vibe, nice spot, excellent room&bathroom , I loved the bedroom it gave me ideas of decorating! I loved how easy they made it for us in a city that we were a bit anxious of how to reach the B&B because of its proximity from water/ feet only. The building is also gorgeous ! The breakfast has nothing to be jealous of a 5 star hotel since it’s made with care & love and everything was delicious ! We will book it again for sure if we come back to Venice. Finally the sunset in front of the hotel on the one side when you turn left to the water - is like a luxurious painting ! Grazie Mille Alessandro & Veronica! You do an excellent work!

Lovely, helpful staff; it's family-run. Tasty breakfast too. My room was comfy and had everything I needed (a little mini-fridge to keep water cool would be welcome, but it's not necessary). Good aircon and wifi and I slept well in the bed.

Location near the water taxi stop. Very quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Attentive and helpful staff.

Well presented, spotlessly clean, great breakfast and helpful owners and staff. Good position very close to Salute vaporetto stop. On arrival we took bus from airport to Piazzale Roma then vaporetto to Salute to experience the Grand Canal. This took longer than the property’s advice to go to Zattere, but we liked it.

We love the room, the decor was fantastic, plenty of space and a very cool building, in a nice quiet area bath close to everything still.

The property was exceptionally well situated with 2 vaporetto stops very close by, so the main sights in Venice easy to get but the accommodation itself in a quiet and atmospheric area. The hosts provided extremely helpful and detailed information about how to travel around, and where to go. The stairs were steep but they were very attentive to make sure that help was always at hand to handle our luggage. In the frenzied tourist hub of Venice, their assistance was invaluable
