A gorgeous location off an idyllic Campo - very short walk from the ferry S.Angelo too. A truly great apartment location near incredible palazzos, galleries, bars, restaurants and the magic of Venice yet perfectly away from the chaos of San Marco Square etc. The hosts are wonderful and the apartment was the perfect base for our stay. Superbly clean, lots of sunlight, excellent heating, cooling, wifi, kitchen, washing facilities. The apartment building is beautifully maintained. We can't wait to come back.

Apartment is in great location, about 10 minutes walk to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. It is however in a quiet square where you have a feeling of openness and quiet away from the busy crowds. Apartment was immaculate, very spacious, extremely well equipped kitchen, even a washing machine, and robes and slippers supplied. The owners have thought of everything you need. Our messages were replied to very promptly, we were greeted at the property and given some great tips on places to visit that are less well known. Hosts set up a WhatsApp group for my friend and I prior to our trip giving advice about ho to get from the airport, directly to the apartment door! We even had photo shots of how to obtain our water taxi tickets …. brilliant! We felt very looked after and had a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was excellent — we could easily walk everywhere. Paolo and Matteo were the staff members we interacted with the most, and they were both outstanding. Communication was clear and prompt, and they were incredibly attentive and accommodating, always happy to answer questions and help with anything we needed. We really appreciated how smooth and easy they made the entire experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was amazing with a lovely restaurant down stairs. Area was quiet and the apartment had space to move around, better than a hotel. windows over looking a lovely green garden.

Perfect location, quiet but absolutely central. View on a nice large square. Bed was comfortable. Washing mashine, iron at hand. Possibility of luggage storage on site after checkout.
