Spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to a vaporetto stop. Clean with good supply of hot water and adjustable heating. Self check in was also useful as I was arriving quite late.

Area was outside of central Venice near university- lovely to walk around and not crowded. Good cafe and 10 mins walk to supermarket. Close to ferry stop for ferry to Croatia. Water taxi stop close by for Central Venice. Lovely view from bedroom. Living area and bedroom spacious. Washing machine and necessities provided.

“Location in a quiet place but no hot shower”
The location is good for people who like to be outside of the tourist area, in a quiet place. It is easy to reach the very centre (by boat) or even walking (30mn). The place is spacious. The bedroom is big.
