The location is fantastic. Not far to walk to just about anywhere. There is a great piazza just around the corner with good meal options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well designed, even though cosy (standard for Venice), it had everything we needed, and a warm charm in the decor made it feel authentic.

The location was very good, close to the train station and close to the Rialto bridge and San Marco, in a quiet area of the city. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable . We didn’t have breakfast there. The ladies at the reception were very nice and friendly, the hotel had a terrace very pretty. I booked 2 rooms, the one at the 4 th floor was very nice, the one at the second floor was ok, the toilet seat was broken and the shower head was falling all the time, but for the rest everything was very clean and nice, the room was warm, we had extra blankets, a fridge and an electric kettle.

A lovely and cozy hotel. Great location. The staff is very friendly. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, including a refrigerator, a kettle with coffee and tea, etc.

Stylish, clean, romantic rooms in the center of Venice. Corresponding to the photos. Communication with the accommodation was great. They were happy to accommodate any requests.

We did not expected this great hotel. Breakfast was nice, salami, boiled eggs, cereals, sweets.. We had an economic room, but it was very comfortable.

“Humble but good”

The stay was good. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk from both Piazzale Roma parking and San Marco, which makes it easy to reach on foot. The room was comfortable, with a rustic ceiling that fits the character of the building. The property is a 14th-century building, so modern hotel standards should not be expected. The lobby is very small (you can only squeeze sideway, no exaggeration) and only staffed during limited working hours. There was no view from the room, as the neighboring building is literally about one meter away. Breakfast was good.

Location Is perfect, nice staff and simple but pretty facilities. It gives all the old Venetian vibes. Beds were comfortable and the windows isolate the outside noise just fine.
