Small B&B in a great location. Lovely, smart room which exceeded our expectations (better than pictures suggest!). Location - 10 mins walk from train station and 5 mins walk from Vaporetto stop. Location on a quiet street but short walk from all the main attractions, and loads of places to eat / drink nearby if needed. Very friendly staff with simple check in process at any time of day and very helpful. Great breakfast with loads of choice which is included in the price. Highly recommended for a lovely stay in Venice.

Really comfortable and clean room. Staff were very welcoming and even helped us with heavy suitcases. Room felt very traditional. Great base for exploring Venice.

Location is amazing! 15-20 minute walk from everything you need! Room was soo clean and well presented! Bed super comfy! Beverages in fridge were great! Staff were very helpful, showed us our activities on a map they provided and even accomodated my dietary requirements with a gluten free breakfast! Would definitely come again! Venice is such a beautiful place! Quite possibly the best beautiful city ive ever seen! ❤️ thanks soo much again for a unforgetable stay!

“Enjoyable stay”
Great location - quiet in the immediate vicinity around the building, but still within walking distance from the main tourist hubs (Rialto, San Marco, train station). Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly too and we appreciated the ability to leave our luggage for a few hours on our checkout day.

“Venice should be on everyone’s list of places to visit and there is no better place to stay for the money.”
Wonderful old building, just off the Grand Canal in San Polo. 5 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes to bus station. The room was gorgeous, with large, comfy bed, a small living area and roof top terrace. Continental breakfast served from 8 to 10 was very good and staff were all so friendly and helpful. A very pleasant home from home.

Helpful and friendly staff with great communication before and during our stay. Beautiful room in a beautiful building with all the expected amenities. Quiet location but only a short walk to the water bus to get to all the sights. Plenty to do nearby too with some lovely cafes and restaurants.

“Simple but convenient location in Venice”
The location is very near to one of the Waterbus stop, Sam Stae, which makes traveling easier. Near the apartment there's also quite nice eateries around. The owners are very helpful and speak really good English which helps a lot especially for someone not familiar with Venice.
