We had a very pleasant stay and were overall very satisfied. The welcome from Matteo was warm and highly professional, which made a great first impression. The location is excellent, and the rooms were fresh with no unpleasant odors. The balcony was a real highlight, offering a beautiful sea view.

The location was amazing. Looking out to the Grand Canal and Lagoon each morning watching Venice wake up was so special. The weather was perfect for our visit so afternoon drinks and snacks on the patio were a must

“And when I return to Venice again, I will definitely come back to this apartment.”
During this stay, my friends stayed at a nearby hotel, while I chose this apartment because I wanted to experience a more local atmosphere. Every morning, I looked forward to having breakfast while enjoying the view of the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore and the boats passing through the canal from my window. At night, after finishing dinner, I also loved the feeling of walking through the narrow alleys back to the apartment — it felt almost like returning home. “Ideal location, clean, comfortable and great value for what you get.”
The apartment is two storeys with two bedrooms. The location is excellent and the grand canal is visible a hundred metres away, from the rooftop terrace and kitchen windows. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. There is a supermarket around 10 minutes walk from the apartment where we got some breakfast supplies, bottles of wine etc. We loved having breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We loved our stay here and would definitely book it again.
