The location was amazing! So central….literally a 2 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge but the property was quiet and tranquil away from the hustle and bustle! We were met by management on arrival to welcome us and they showed us around the property and recommended bars/restaurants.

So many positives!! Very conveniently located within a short flat walk from Rialto Mercato waterbus stop, super easy to get to with large suitcases, I was surprised! We loved being in such a central location as everywhere felt easily walkable, especially on hot days. The air conditioning was also great and worked super fast! The washing machine and dryer was also a wonderful inclusion which we desperately needed. The hosts Giulia and Alberto were incredibly kind and helpful, they loaded us up with tips and things to do & were also available to help with any concerns we had without delay.

Amazing location, walking distance to all the most important monuments. Close to good shops, nice gelato and Farina bakery. High quality finishes with beautiful cool terrazzo floor. Bedroom was spacious and quiet. Kitchen fully equipped. Large bathroom, tumble drier was a great addition to washing machine.

“Great location for Venice”

The best thing about the place is of course the location. Just a few steps from the Rialto Bridge, it allowed us to take some pictures without any crowd early in the morning. The rooms were well maintained and kitchen was also stocked with coffee pods which was very thoughtful of the host. We didn't cook, so unable to comment on the kitchen utilities, but it appeared to have everything you need to make a meal. We didn't spend too much time in the room except to sleep and change, so we were very comfortable, but it might be a little cramped for space if a family of 4 is spending a lot of time at home. The main bedroom is very spacious though compared to apartments in Italy with a lot of cupboards for storage too if you are staying for a longer time.

Very central location next to Rialto Bridge. 10-15 min walk to anywhere in central Venice. Clean and well maintained.

The place is 150 mts from Realto bridge and is less than 1 km away from the St marks square and other places to visit. So many restaurants around and its practically next to the canal. The place is of good size and has most amenities needed and the kitchen is well equipped. They have a washing machine and a dryer as well. The people managing the property were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the place.
