“Lovely place and would happily stay there again”
Very well located to get to centre of Venice. Very clean and well kept. Perfect size for me and my parents. Host was great at communicating and offering support and help to get to the flat. We arrived late and was very accommodating.

“Just perfect:)”
The place was really great:) We had everything what we need. Apartment was spacious and clean and it is located in nice quiet neighborhood:) It’s very close to vaporetto stop so if you travel by train it’s very easy to get to this place. There was no lift so we had to take our luggages on the second floor but I think it’s not a surprise in a town like Venice so I wouldn't count it as a weakness:))

“Decent place for a family with kids”
Location was ok (second floor, not accessible by elevator, so not suitable for people with wheelchair), clean, big rooms (no terrace/balcony), pleasant to stay for 1-2 nights. It was not very central, but it took 15 minutes walk to the center with bars/restaurants/touristic spots. Quiet area, near an university campus. For people who want to cook, I believe the kitchen had what you needed - we didn't use it :)

“A lovely flat in a quiet but well served area..”
The flat was located in a nice area not that far from Piazzale Roma and the vaporetto stop San Marta was just around the corner. The flat was comfortable in terms of space and was clean and cosy. Ideal for a family of 4.
