The apartment is excellent, the host was perfect. Very well equipped, everything extremely clean, perfect bed, great hot water in the shower (the only downside was the shower space). Heating was ok, security, we were very happy. A. Alessandra was very polite and efficient, perfect!

Property was located close to San Samuele dock, so this was convenient. It was also easy walking distance to main attractions, such as San Marco.

The apartment has a very good location. The vaporetto stop is very close, so the more famous sights are easy to reach quickly. The flat is clean and has basic facilities. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

I cannot fault this accommodation. It has everything you need and is so spacious. The host was so lovely and helpful. We really enjoyed the location also. It was great for walking or for water bus stops and very easy to get to from airport. The apartment was really comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to San Marco Square, and a 2 minute walk (if that) to San Samuele Vaporetto stop (line 2). The property itself was spacious, with a good lounge area, a neat kitchen and a washing machine with a drying available. It was very clean and warm, as we visited during winter. Thoroughly recommend.

The place itself. Excellent, clean, spacious and perfectly located. The logistics. Alexandra was always a step forward and all the process was flawless and uneventful. She makes things flow. You don't have to worry about anything.
