“Beautiful home in Venice”

Beautifully situated next to a little park and a quieter, local street with restaurants and small shops. Spacious living room, its windows facing the water and two bedrooms and bathrooms - ample space for a family of four. This is not a faceless „luxury“ apt, but it has a very artistic flair and feels like a real home. Contact easy and friendly.

We loved the spaciousness of the apartment, the great facilities, and particularly the well-stocked kitchen. The views were fantastic, and it was close to Via Garibaldi for the supermarkets and the best bakery—Mujer. For the Biennale it was perfect and very close to water transport. Mario the contact person was very helpful.

Could be a nice flat with a great view, if there was not a construction site in front of the house. The flat itself is spacious and fully furnished with old furniture. Shabby chic.

Like it says " stunning views". 7mins walk from St Mark's Square, more restaurants on the adjacent Garbaldi than you can shake a stick at. Easy access to Vaporetto stops. Loved it.

“Location, Location, location”

You couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is old and has a rustic feel, this would not suit everyone but we just loved it. Everything was very clean and airy. Large rooms so plenty of space. Music and books if you just wanted to relax for the afternoon. All the utensils and appliances you needed to eat in, two fridges, dishwasher and washing machine.
