The appartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to the train station. A supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are renovated and well equipped - and two bathrooms available. Pleasant communication with our host.

The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, and we were able to spend our stay in great comfort. Both the kitchen and bathroom were clean and easy to use, and the Wi‑Fi worked perfectly throughout our visit. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, there are restaurants and bars nearby, making it a wonderful place to stay with both an excellent location and great facilities. When I accidentally dropped my wedding ring down the drain, the host was incredibly supportive. They arranged a plumber, prepared the shipment, and did everything they could to ensure the ring would be safely returned to me. I am deeply grateful for the host’s kindness, quick response, and genuine care. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Great apartment. Central but quiet.

The apartment was close to train station. Layout of the apartment was very good. We were able to walk to all major attractions. Very clean and tidy. Getting keys was very easy. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Great locale and easy check in, the host was very helpful and informative. Secure and cute apartment, main bedroom spacious and plenty of storage. Kitchen had everything you need. Bathrooms were sufficient. Lounge area and second bedroom had plenty of light. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels.

Very good location, a stones throw away from Santa Lucia station and only a 20 minute bus ride to airport. Apartment situated in a quiet residential area that has lots of intimate restaurants and bars within a 2 min walk. Facilities were great and apartment had everything you could want. Host was very informative sending messages with recommendations of restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Venice.

We didn't need to wait for anyone; we just got the keys from the locker, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment location is very central—10 min walking distance from the taxi stop and 10 min to the train station. The neighborhood is very calm and silent. The house is in a charming old building. Instructions were clear and enough. There is a market which is 2 min walk from the house.

Location was excellent about a 7 minute walk to the train station and only one bridge to cross with luggage. Flat was clean and tidy. Host was easy to access via what's app and very friendly. It was a little small for all 4 of us - family of 4 but would have been perfect for 2 people.

Loved the apartment! It was clean and felt very homey. Host was very prompt in replies and very helpful too! Gave us recommendations for restaurants. Apartment is fully equiped with a microwave, kettle, iron board and so on. Location was amazing too! Very convenient to travel out, about 7-10 mins walk to the train station & 5 mins walk to vaporetto stop (Riva De Biaso). Supermarket (Conad) is only 2 mins away from the apartment and a few restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
