“Great Experience.”
Hostess (Chiara)was amazing, extremely helpful and also assisted to help with organizing a porter when we departed. Apartment was excellent , as per the photos. Very clean, equipped with everything and even supplied detergent etc. Would go back and great location.

“Excellent apartment”
The apartment was perfect for us. We were going to the opera and it is located only 50 metres from La Fenice. That also makes it in a prime location for all the main sights of Venice. It is also only 6 or 7 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop. Despite being right in the centre, it is very quiet at night. It also felt very safe and secure. It is spacious, very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. The host provides much more than is described in the listing. For example, there is an iron (with full size ironing board) and umbrellas. Unusually for a rental, the pillows were excellent and very supportive for anyone with neck problems. It is spotlessly clean. The check-in arrangements worked very well. We were met at the property, but remote access can be arranged if necessary Given the standard of the accommodation and the location it is very good value for money.

“Fantastic. Lovely host. Felt at home.”
The location is fabulous! Chiara was super helpful. There was an issue with the shower from the previous guests but she quickly assured us and came up with a solution to the issue. The kitchen is very well equipped. She even has Tupperwares available, they were so handy! The apartment is very comfortable -Air conditioner in several areas and all in working condition-. The apartment’s deco is very classy. Definitely recommend it. If I visit Venice again I’d love to stay there again.

“Great location, great apartment”
Great location...only 5 mins from St. Marks. Right beside La Fenice Opera House. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but great sound-proofing so nights were quiet. Apartment very well equipped.

“Wonderful apartment in San Marco”
Lovely, spotlessly clean apartment in a very central location close to main attractions, restaurants, shops, etc. There is a very good supermarket (Despar) nearby. Even with the busy surroundings, the apartment is quiet thanks to the excellent sound insulation of the windows. Chiara is a great host, providing lots of helpful tips for our stay, and the key handover was simple.

“Great apartment, really lived our stay”
Th apartment has a great location, 5 mins walking from San Marco. The apartment has a central location with the Rialto and the Accademia Bridge close-by. This makes it easy to go everywhere on foot in Venice. The apartment looks as shown on the pictures and has all the equipment you need. Very easy to communicate with Chiara who was very helpful.

Fantastic location on a lovely square in San Marco, right next door to La Fenice opera house with views over the square. The bar/restaurant downstairs had a great selection of pastries for breakfast and was a lively place for an afternoon drink. Very handy to all of the San Marco attractions.

Remote entry via WhatsApp made the check in time very flexible. The host gave good instructions and was very helpful.
