The location of the apartment was amazing, a big bonus was the terrace on the top of the building with a view over the city. The apartment was very spacious, perfect for group of friends or a family. There was new AC which was very convenient for the time of the stay. Lovely host that welcomed us warmly.

“Best location ever”
The apartment is excellently located—just an 8-minute walk from the train station, and the Vaporetto stop Marcuola is only about 100 meters away. Although it is situated in the lively and vibrant Cannaregio district, the apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful. It is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need. The absolute highlight is the beautiful rooftop terrace, along with two smaller balconies within the apartment that add to its charm. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice!

The location is perfect, near to the busy streets but the apartment itself is on a quiet street. Having the balconies was great for sitting out in the sunshine

All is great! It is a top 3d floor but the advantage is a beautiful terrace! The flat was great! Comfy and authentic. Bring the home slippers because the stone floor can be cold. Excellent value for money! Close to the water tram stop. Easy and reliable check in and check out! Our lovely home in Venice!
