“Fantastic short break in Venice”
Excellent location. Nice big apartment suitable for 5 of us. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The owner let us store our luggage early and leave it there all day after we checked out. Highly recommend this apartment ☺️

“Perfect location”
The location of the house was absolutely perfect: exactly in the middle between the S.Lucia's station and Piazza S.Marco. For it's also really close to the vaporetto stop so it's very convenient if you have big luggages you don't want to carry around Venice. The apartment is spacious, and it has everything you might need while staying in Venice.

“Excelent location”
Location is superb. 1min walk to Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop, 15min walk from San Marcos, and 10min walk from Fondamente Nove (great for airport and Murano/Burano transport). Easy walking access to all touristic areas. Apartment is large (perfectly comfortable for 4 people and two large bathrooms, besides a kitchen), and while in a busy area, silent. You can find a variety of shops on the same street, and a supermarket just round the corner which is very convenient if you plan dinning at the apartment. Check-in/our was easy and were allowed to keep the luggage within the building.

Great location, close to many places in Venice. A lot of space in the apartment, good kitchen equipment. The apartment is located on the whole floor with windows on 3 sides. Beautiful views to chanels. Good place to stay in Venice.

Excellent location, warm & cozy, very well equipped comfortable apartment. Had very pleasant stay, very helpful & attentive Host (though we didnt meet, everything resolved remotely).Got Luggage storage facility too. Recommended!!!

“Triffic - we loved it”
Super communication from Carlo. Easy to find, great location, less than 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. Very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed.

Carlo was very friendly and responsive! Super easy to locate the property and gain access. The location is on a main street with so many lovely shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful view of the canal!

“A wonderful place, easy to find and close to the heart of everything we loved about Venice.”
The hosts sent us a code for the building door and told us where we could find the key to the apartment. We called it our 'Santa' key because it was a large old fashioned key that everyone thought was fun. It was easy to find and in a great location with stores and food right outside. We need band-aids and toothpaste and there was a pharmacy right across from our apartment. We loved Venice and this location. We could easily walk to everything and of course took a gondola ride on the last day for enjoyment! We had a bit of a walk to/from the train station with our bags, but there are plenty of water taxis and help available if needed. Having a full table and chairs and kitchen was great for our family to spread out and cool off after sightseeing. Having a washing machine was a great help as we needed to wash a few items of clothes from our last city. The location is walkable to so many great sights of Venice and there is a lot of food and shopping close by, but also lots of bridges and water you can enjoy close by as well.

The position was excellent. We had a gondola in the canal right under our windows, we could walk to all the sights and there is a supermarket 2minutes walk - there is a string of shops and restaurants right outside the door.
