Very easy location close to the vaporetto stop, clean well maintained rooms with all facilities, and a nice welcome with some coffee, a bottle of prosecco and some snacks. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Very nice apartment right next to Rialto Bridge. Modern, clean, spacious - a real gem in Venice. Easy communication with the host and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect! The host was most welcoming and helped a lot with local information regarding restaurants,shops and local sights. She also helped with booking a taxi and the night vaporetto for our early morning flight. I would highly recommend this place , ideal for a short stay of several day. “Stylish apartments”

Cozy and stylish apartments! I booked a comfort room, but we were upgraded upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was absolutely stunning, with a view of the rooftops and the Rialto Bridge. It had everything we needed, and even complimentary snacks and water. The staff were very friendly and attentive — I will definitely come back again!

Everything. Andrea was so kind and considerate from the beginning, with attention to every detail and gave us great directions regarding transportation, and tips when traveling around. The apartment is well furnished and decorated, with everything we needed. It was cleaned to the highest standard, and we felt so at ease and comfortable living in it. The location is perfect, 1 minute from the ferry station Rialto Mercato, even with our huge luggages. It’s hands down the best place we’ve stayed in our entire Europe trip. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a shame the highest rating we can give the apartment is 10/10, we would gladly give a 12/10 if we can. Overall, we will definitely come back to stay if we ever visit Venice again.

It was a great accommodation. At the heart of Rialto, you are a 5 min walking distance to anywhere. Amazing staff and hospitality. They are really kind and helpfull ladies. The room is really cozy, it has everthing you need. So this place is highly recommended.

Andrea and her husband were amazing hosts and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The apartment was perfect and located in a great area if the city.

Amazingly creative and comfortable interior design. Design chairs, comfortable bed, full kitchen equipment with 2 types of high quality Illy coffee options, and I could go on with the features and amenities. Location is in a small street with perfectly noise insulation windows and inward facing bedroom, which made us sleep like babies while being 1 min walk from the Rialto bridge, cafés, restaurant and all you need in Venice. Definitely would go back next time.

Property was very well designed, equipped and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great, lots of snacks and drinks, nice toiletries and lots of towels provided. The flat was very comfortable. The location was also excellent very close to the water bus and the market.
