A perfect place for a stay in Venice. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious location in a quite place, however only a short walk away from restaurants and supermarket. The location is easy to reach with a Vaporetto from Grand Canal and Piazzale Roma. Good and friendly conversation with the hosts and Amir who gave us a warm welcome and valueable tips. We can strongly recommend this accomodation.

“Perfect holiday stay.”
The staff was very helpful from the first contact until we left. The apartment is quite big, well equipped, with easy access to the water bus station. Walking to the main landmarks is a 15-20 minutes stroll through Venice's picturesque alleys. All in all, an excellent stay and highly recommend.

Catarina gave us great advise on how to get to the apartment. As well as information on things to do and see and places to eat. It was easy to get to everything from the location and very quiet at night away from the tourist area. There is a grocery store within 3 mins walk and a great Gelato place that does gluten free and some sorbets. I would stay here again
