Space and modernity of infrastructure considering it is in Venice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful to organize arrival and give us information. The apartment is on the first floor which is easily accessible

This property truly elevated our Venice experience- it felt less like a rental and more like being welcomed into a local Venetian home. Every detail was thoughtful, from the spotless rooms to the cozy touches that made us comfortable. Location struck the perfect balance, peaceful and authentic, yet just a short (or Vaporetto ride) to all the main sights in Venice. Waking up to the quiet charm of the neighbourhood and winding down after a day of exploring with such comfort was something we’ll always remember.

Good location and very professional host. Communication was good too. Security deposit if 200 euros was refunded same day back to the credit card. MR.Luca checked us in and he provided us with all the details about the apartment and the city. 100 meter from apartment there is pharamcy , supermarket, bakery and plenty of restaurants. Water bus station Rivara Di Basio is 2 min walk. Highly recommended 10/10 Big time value for the money.

It was very convenient that hosts have met us, walked to the apartment and showed everything in it! “Spacious apartment in calm part of Venice.”
Large, spacious and bright apartment in a cozy and calm part of Venice, yet walking distance to every important landmark and attraction. The staff was very helpful, they were waiting for us at the boat stop to walk us to the apartment and show us around. The apartment had everything you need for a short and long stay too! Soap, shampoo, towels, and even anti-mosquito devices :) it is really well equipped. The shop is very close, as well as a number of good restaurants, pastries and grocery stores.

The location of the apartment is nice and quiet. About 4 mins walk to nearby Waterbus station. You have some nice restaurants nearby and supermarket

The apartmen is beautiful and spacious. It is located on a picturesque and quiet square. There is a grocery store, including a local restaurants, bars a short distance from the apartment.

“A perfect apartment 😍”
The apartment was stunning, over looking a square and a canal with a little bridge. We were met and shown round the apartment by the lovely Agnes who made us feel so welcome. Gabriele was at the end of of a phone to answer any question at any time of the day and Analise helped us with the actual booking. I really recommend staying here. There is everything you need in the apartment and it is in a perfect location. Very near all the attraction but set back a couple of streets so it is quiet. There is a beautiful square nearby with shops, resteraunt and its lovely to sit in on an evening and see the local families,children enjoying the evening, maybe with a gorgeous local icecream. Our holiday was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thankyou so much x
