Very friendly at reception, good communication from the owner, nice room, comfortable, good bathroom, and drink making in a communal area. It is more like a home than a hotel.

If you want to stay in a quieter, less touristy location, Ca' del Cinema provides amazing value. 8 min walk from a vaporetto stop, it's easy & enjoyable to get around Venice during the day and come home to a quiet, safe neighborhood at night. There are good restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance if you want to stay close by, and walking to San Marco/San Polo is 20-30 min walk, or you can take the vaporetto. Other than location, the B&B is charming & clean, with friendly, communicative staff and of course Minou the cat!

I loved how quirky the property is and the room was very comfortable. Great location, about 20 min walk to most locations.

We were made to feel very welcome and the host was very accommodating as we had to add an extra night onto our stay at the beginning due to a poor experience with a different hotel. This was an absoloute breath of fresh air and saved our trip! The spacious room, cleanliness and fantastic bed / shower. The Location is also fantastic as you are a stones throw away from some fantastic restraunts and a small supermarket.

Great location if you want to escape the tourist chaos. This B&B is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ask the host for recommendations: we visited 2 of the 3 recommended and both were great.

The room was clean and spacious , comfortable bed and pillows , the ac worked quietly and was able to leave it on when you are not in the room. The rooms location is away from the crowded areas , so you will need to walk to get there or take a boat.
