Excellent service . Host went above and beyond Samatha arranged our water taxi from the airport and we were met at the dock and walked to our apartment. Host gave us a list of restaurant recommendations that we worked our way around. Apartment was a great size. Kids loved the book bedroom

“Unrivalled location, fantastic hosts, comfy beds!”
This apartment met our needs perfectly, to celebrate my 30th birthday in a city myself and my family have always wanted to visit. Samantha and Valentina made everything so easy - they arranged a water taxi to pick us up from the airport and drop us off around the corner from the apartment, and Valentina then met us promptly to let us into the apartment slightly earlier, which was ideal to drop off our bags. Throughout our stay, they got in touch at just the right intervals to make sure everything was going well and sent us some great recommendations for food shops, attractions and restaurants (as well as a useful luggage storage point 2 mins away for our departure day). On our final day, we then got regular updates from the taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and surprisingly well-equipped, 5 mins walk from a quieter gondola station and St Marks Square. This meant it was really nice to pop back to the apartment for an hour or so in the middle of the day when crowds were at their busiest, yet we were just around the corner ready to resume later on. The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean - nothing more we could ask for really. Would certainly return here if and when we find ourselves back in Venice.

We were met from the water taxi and guided to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and in an exceptional location- just off if Sf Marks Square. The hosts were extremely helpful.

“Great location and comfortable.”
The apartment was good. It was in a great location and the owner was really helpful showing how to use everything. The ac wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms which didn’t help it was so hot outside. The washer worked great. Overall, it was a great place & very comfortable.

We have head a great experience with Samantha, owner of our apartment ,right in the centre of Venice, behind San Marco square. It was ideal for all. Samantha got in touch with us a few weeks before and a few days before our arrival. From being dropped off by the boat, it was only 3-5 minutes walk. We were greeted by Valentina in the San Marco square and taken yo the apartment. She was very accommodating and even went through the map to answer all our questions. Samantha was quick yo answer our queries, very kind. She suggested a great restaurant to on our last night. Thank you Samantha, your apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Spacious bedrooms in the apartment and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Great communication with host and was lovely to be met on arrival. Also lovely to have a bottle of prosecco and water in the fridge and all the teas/coffee facilities appreciated.
