It is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, but the difference 15 years can make! The location is the best, right besides Paza San Marco. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It has air con, which is necessary in the summer..

“Fantastisch”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff were among the kindest and most helpful people we met in Venice. Everyone was professional and courteous, especially the front desk staff member who was extremely friendly and even helped us with our luggage. We truly appreciate their warm hospitality and excellent service

Great location right next to Ducale palace. Room was very beautiful, clean and cozy. Air conditioning was a life saver in this heat and the balcony was nice place to have a morning tea.

“Worth the money”
The location is very convenient, staff friendly, check-in easy and the room clean and cozy. We could store our luggage at the front desk for free after checking out, which really helped. Would stay here again!

Location and Staff! So close to get to everything and easy to find if you look on google maps before hand. Staff were so accommodating - they even helped us get lost property back to us in UK (shout out to Lara, thank you for going above and beyond!!!!) Although the room is small, it had everything we needed! This is also the case when booking with a terrace as there are not many that offer this - lovely to sit outside of an evening!

“Great stay”
Ideal location, just a minute walk from vaporetto stop and S. Marco piazza, yet very quiet. The hotel is a traditional Venice building, has no elevator and rather small rooms, but it is cosy, clean and in the heart of this amazing city.
