The apartment was very good. Spacious, clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. Location was amazing. Quiet area but a couple of minutes walk to cafes restaurants etc. Very close to the San Samuele ferry stop. The bathroom was excellent. Large shower. Washing machine. Iron. Having the roof terrace was wonderful. Lovely view. Great for enjoying your morning cuppa (and drying any washing). Beds were comfortable. I had asked weeks before our stay if I could have some milk left in the fridge for a cup of tea when we arrived and there was a bottle left for us. Lovely quality coffee in the kitchen.

Our host Andrea was excellent & most helpful for local recommendations. The location was perfect & in a quiet spot close to many attractions. It was a spacious apartment and we loved that it had been in Andrea’s family & feeling what it would like to be as a local rather than a tourist was very special to us.

“Fabulous accommodation with excellent views and location”

Staying in the penthouse was an absolute treat. It is located on the top of the building and, yes, one has to climb four stairs, but this is absolutely worth it. The penthouse has a spacious living room with a comfortable couch, a functional and modern design and a large dining table for eating and working. Windows with great views of the city all over. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need. Bathrooms are spotless clean and the bedrooms spacious and really quiet. The penthouse offers a large terrace with spectacular views of Venice, which must provide a great experience during the spring, summer and autumn. Host Andrea came to open the apartment and is very friendly; do listen to his tips on local restaurants because they are superb. All the rooms of the penthouse are in top shape. The location is excellent, close to all the highlights of Venice, in the middle of the old city with all the canals and near to boat station San Samuele. I truly can't think of a better place to stay. Strongly recommended.

It was large, well equipped, beautifully presented, and in a great area - quiet but within a few minutes walk of lots of amenities and attractions. The hosts could not have been nicer - meeting us off the ferry on the Grand Canal and briefing us about everything important.

This property is owned by a wonderful Venetian family who clearly care about your stay. Andrea met us and showed us to the apartment and was kind enough to give us tons of interesting and useful information, he couldn't have been kinder or more professional. The apartment was gorgeous, really high spec and the views from the terrace where spectacular. The hosts had thoughtfully left a breakfast and the apartment had everything you could need for any length of stay. The apartment was in the most amazing location for all of the sights, everything being withing easy walking distance.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative, which helped us settle in after a long journey. Although there isn't a great view from the balcony, it still makes for a great area to relax after a day of exploring. It is close to everything you would want with a maximum walk of 15-20 minutes and no need to use other forms of transport for the days we were exploring. Thanks staff for being so accommodating.

Close to St Marco Square, and a fantastic base for exploring beautiful Venice. Emanuela and family were very kind and welcoming.
