“Truly memorable!”
Loved it totally! Great location and easily accessible by Water Bus No. 5.1, 5.2 and 4.1 to reach any part of the city or train station or airport. Great cafés nearby (5 mins walking). A big supermarket just round the corner (2 mins). Apartments are big in size with all amenities provided. A home away from home! Valentina and her team have a done a fabulous job as hosts. They are very helpful and very responsive to your requests and questions. Wishing you guys the best!

“Perfect place for a week in Venice!”
Very well equipped 3 bedrooms and 2 shower/toilets apartment with everything you need to take care of yourself and your family. Situated in the calm and quiet NV part of Venice makes it ideal for anyone that wants to relax after a long walk and talk. Boat station is not far away and if you come from the airport, the boat taxi is recommended. One of the best AirBnB i have stayed in so far when it comes to having all things needed for a good stay. O, btw, you have a washing machine which is needed if you stay during the summer with the high temperature and humidity that comes along with that.

The location was fantastic. Nice and quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and kept in touch the whole time before and during our stay with lots of useful information.

“Great apartment, location and staff.”
Spacious and clean. Easy to access from water taxi. Great location. We loved having the terrace to have our morning tea and coffee and watch the sunrise. Staff were so helpful and super quick to answer all our questions.

“Great apartement in Cannaregio-district”
Nice apartement in the calm Cannaregio district of Venice. The apartement is well equipped, spacious and clean. A supermarket, a bakery as well as several restaurants/bars are right around the corner. Main station/Bus station can easily be accessed by foot or by Vaporetto.

“Felt like home”
Apartment was big, yet it felt like home immediately. The staff was extremely helpful, supportive and accommodating. I planned a trip to propose to my partner and brought her friends along, we all fit comfortably together and the trip went smoothly. All facilities were available, we even spent half the time in the apartment due to its comfort. The place is safe and quiet, and the location was great! It really was as good as the pictures show it is, and we genuinely can't wait to return there! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Ca’ Degli Antichi Giardini. The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel very welcome. Valentina is a truly kind and helpful host. The information and tips she gave us were very useful and helped us enjoy the area even more. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet still close to all the main attractions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Amazing!”
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is quiet and very nice, ideal for relaxing while still being convenient. Communication was excellent — they were very responsive and replied quickly to the couple of messages we sent, which we really appreciated. This is definitely a place I would come back to and happily recommend to my friends. Thank you for a great experience!
