Very conveniently located..ground floor cosy apartment. Kids loved the secret bookcase door. Well equipped and comfortable. One of the best choices of apartment we have made. Good location, walking distance to all the sites and a short walk from the vaporetto stop. The apartment was comfortable and cosy, and Paola who we did the check in with was very communicative and helpful. Very good value for money overall.

We loved the location. Just a 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The place is great for travelling with kids- their room has a hidden door and they loved it! I loved the courtyard and vibe of the place. We definitely want to come back.

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, location was amazing. Paola was very helpful and accommodating. Kids did not want to leave, especially with the hidden room behind the bookshelf. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location is absolutely amazing—peaceful, charming, and even better than we imagined. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and everything was thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The place itself exceeded the photos, which is rare to say these days. It’s a perfect spot for families. The little garden was a private haven where we could relax while the kids played, and the secret door added a touch of magic that made our stay even more memorable. We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. This place is a real gem, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

“Great stay at Ca de Casanova”

We had an excellent stay at Ca de Casanova. Immediately after I booked the place, I received a lot of information from the owner. Afterwards, we kept in touch with Paola, the person who welcomed us. She asked us all the information related to our journey and she was extremely nice to let us check in earlier. She is very organized, she explained us all that we needed to know about the place. The place has all that you need inside and it was perfect for our family of 5, including a baby, for which we received a crib.

Two bedroom apartment gave our family space to stretch out. Easy walk to major attractions.

Well decorated, good location, close to Vapor Etta station

The location was fantastic. We appreciated having a washing machine and drying rack to do a few loads and leave them to dry whilst out exploring. The interaction with the host was seamless and understanding of us accidentally catching the slow ferry, and subsequently keeping them waiting.

Our host was amazing -great recommendations and very thoughtful.

The host’s assistant Christine was incredibly helpful, she met us off the boat and brought us to the apartment. She provided lots of information and recommendations about Venice and was just so lovely! This apartment is a hidden gem in the best location! It is so authentic and really added to our experience in Venice. The hidden room was a big hit with my children. Would highly recommend the apartment and host! Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️

Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. The location was excellent- quiet but near to San Marco. The pretty courtyard garden was a bonus.

The location of the apartment is excellent and convenient for the local water buses and the airport water taxi service. San Marco and the Rialto Bridge are only short walks away. The atmosphere of the apartment is very relaxing, and my children loved their 'Secret Room'. We loved spending time in the garden in the evening and our host was very helpful. Highly recommend!
