great place in Venice, spaceous and nice apartment in a quite environment. We've loved it.

We loved the apartment! Very good location, a few minutes from Venice Biennale. Getting to the apartment was simple and getting the key from the key box was a nice addition. Has all the possible amenities from washing machine to full kitchen equipment. The apartment is very well furnished, pleasant and clean. Staying her made us feel like locals and for the time of our stay we felt like a part of Venice.

Ca' Cino was a great find, a hidden gem in Venice! Tucked away from the very busy tourist areas. The apartment is only a 3 minute walk along a green park from the water bus stop. You can catch bus #1 from this stop to see the grand canal, hop on and off to see all major attractions like St marks square and the Trevi bridge. There is also an express bus to Murano island from the nearby bus stop. The apartment is huge with 2 double bedrooms and a single room. The kitchen-dining room has a beautiful preserved character, you feel like going back in time! The bathroom was modern and also very clean! The main room and hallway have air-conditioning which was a great comfort in the 33degree heat during our stay. Communication from the host was superb, always available if we have any questions. Shame we only stayed here for 1 night...

It is a very quite location with good restaurants nearby. You can visit all Venice by city boat, station is 3 minutes from apartment. Apartment is big, clean and very comfortable.

The area is really nice and quiet, next to a beautiful park. Far away from the big crowds. The apartment is big and really nice, homely. Location is good if you are visiting Biennale.

“Excellent apartment”

It was away from the hustle and bustle but near enough to walk into main Venice every day or use the vaporetto (station less than 2 minutes away). Really lovely apartment with everything you need. Shops nearby include a deli, fruit and veg shop and bakery. Also a superb restaurant and coffee shop. Cannot rate this apartment highly enough. Well worth a stay. Would definitely book again.

“Perfect apartment”

I can recommend host and apartment. Location - close to ferry stop, near park, near caffe & restaurant, quiet district, small amount of tourists, close to beach on Lido. Apartment - 3 separates bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom in an old Italian building, which allows you to feel and Italian culture and history. Host - great communication.

A very nice, spacious, and clean apartment — it has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and great, with a friendly and helpful owner. Convenient public transport connections, and many places are also within walking distance.

“It was just absolutely amazing.”

We know this area well and love it as we stayed in it for many months over a year ago and were happy with the quietness, the real Venetian local feel and the dog friendly park and local shops. The apartment pluses are that it is very big, has a very well equipped kitchen and is just 5 minutes from thr vaperetto. There is no apparent jacuzzi hot tub or terrace. There is, however, a new shower and a small balcony. Unfortunately, the lack of instructions on how to operate hot water and heating (which in chilly March was important) ended up overshadowing our stay. It turned out that the heating is operated remotely by the host which is unusual. Eventually the host sent Gina (who was very nice) to explain how the boiler for hot water worked. The host also added "there was nothing to know". I gave up at this point as 4 days of cold showers and remote controlled heating suggested otherwise. Unfortunately I still didnt get a hot water shower even after Gina's instructions. Sometimes things happen but I have never been met with such resistance to a request for instructions.
