“Good for short stays”
Location is good for touristic places but not access from train station. Room was clean and tidy, AC working well. Staff is not speaking English well but overall it was OK for 1-2 days stay.

“Charming and comfortable”
We loved our stay! It was the most amazing location, very easy to find from Rialto and St Marks. Its a charming historical place with a lovely view over the campo. The greeting was so warm and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. The neighbourhood was a balance of bubbly and quiet. Not rowdy at all, but a nice sociable and local feel. Highly recommend

“Top location, spacious room with a view in the heart of Venice”
The location is just perfect. Close to e.g Rialto bridge, water transportation and a short walk to San Marco. The little campo is peaceful yet lively- a pasticceria, restaurant& supermarket are right next to you. We had the superior room on the second floor, with a little balcony overlooking the campo. We loved it- definitely recommend this room for its view and ample space. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything was very tidy. The staff meeting us was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is possible upon arrival and departure. There is a resonably priced minibar in the room as well as a water kettle with tea/coffee( replenished). Before our arrival, we received good information about how to access the hotel and other practical matters. Will definitely recommend and return!
