The hotel and our room overlooking a canal were beautiful, the room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, in a quiet area on a canal a short and easy walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station. Complimentary drinks were provided and enjoyed outside the hotel next to the canal.

Enchanting flower arrangements, room with view to the canal… Our room was a bit too cool upon arrival, but that was fixed in no time. You really feel like a guest here, and every wish is fulfilled. At dinner, you’re not only pampered by the waiter; the head chef comes to the table personally to explain his delicious creations—worthy of a Michelin star! Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired—delicious fruits! Lots of tasty extras, nice,very attentive service). Even the ladies from the housekeeping were exceptionally considerate. “Absolutely Perfect - this is where you should stay if coming to Venice”

The location of the hotel is perfect to be able to sit beside the canal and watch the world go by without the the hustle and bustle of the main square and surrounding areas. The staff could not have done more to make us feel looked after and to maximise our 5 day stay with them. They continuously went above and beyond other make our stay perfect and us feel special - Costi was a particular star! The food is 5 star quality throughout the day, form Breakfast; which always had a large selection of top quality food and drink, through to the main restaurant menu and food which is simply exceptional, in presentation and taste! The hotel is historically opulent, but mixed with modern luxuries and fittings. Truly stunning - If we come back to Venice, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Location is good, a little away from the center and the too crowded streets but still in walking distance from all of the main site. Hotel is located by a nice canal where you can take public transport. Staff was very efficient. Breakfast superb. inside of the hotel is well maintained, and beautiful Venice style.

On a canal just off the main tourist thoroughfares, it was well placed, but also peaceful. We had a large, elegant room with balcony. The room was quiet - we not disturb by any other residents. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet held a very wide variety of all manner of food - fruit, salad, fish, breads, meats, cheeses. The food was if a high standard.

-Impressive and decorative historial touch throughout -Large, spacious room with well designed interior -Staff is very professional, corteous and helpful even for a 5 star hotel -Breakfast selction and quality outstanding -The restaurant DAMA in the hotel has an very talented and ambitions chef. Highly recommend it for their local tradition and extremely high quality of raw ingredients. A true pleasure -We got a free room upgrade to a suite which was more than expected (it does not affect the other points here) I travel a lot and eat in many michelin restaurants- if you want to take your partner to an wonderful weekend there nothing will dissapoint you- go here.

The location is great if you need to access the train station and taxi services. The hotel is quite impressive and clean inside. Giuseppe was amazing and a great help, always friendly and happy. We also got a free upgrade.

All the staff was very friendly, professional and helped with advice and organisation.
