A wonderful place to stay in Venice! The accomodation was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our visit. The location is very central but slightly outside of the main tourist zone (10 minute walk) which made the experience much more authentic. We loved the vintage decor and felt right at home!

Cost-quality ratio for Venice. Location precisely in the center of the city. (If you have bulky luggage, use "wheelchair-friendly" route on Google, or you'll have to cross 5 bridges all of which have steps.) The girl who met me (Marta) was very kind and quickly responsive to all my questions online. Hot water from the boiler kicked in quickly. Powerful (although noisy) heating from the AC.

It is located in the center of the map of Venice, so all the city , from north to south and from west to east , is in walking distance . It is a small and convenient apartment in a traditional building. It far enough from crowd but also close enough to interesting bars etc

“Excelent apartment”
The apartment was exactly as we imagined it when we made the reservation. Warm and welcoming, he took us to our grandparents' house. We really liked the wooden doors, the original hardware, the floor, we were fascinated to stay in an apartment arranged with great taste. Marta was very nice to us when we checked in and gave us a tour of the apartment. We really liked the area where we stayed, it is ideal for those with children, they have a short walk to the important tourist attractions, the Conad supermarket is a 3-minute walk away and the St Toma vaporetto station is 5 minutes away. I also visited the ghetto area, a quiet area full of history. We are very happy that we chose to stay with you and we promise that we will come back anytime with love. Thank you for these relaxing days.

“Cozy apartment in not so touristic area, but close to main attractions”
The apartment is very cozy. It was very well situated, close to main attractions, vaporetto stop and the train station, and at the same time not in touristic area with too many people. The air condition worked perfectly. Also very well equipped with everything one could need. A lot of nice bars and restaurants closely. The bed was very good and the bedsheets spotlessly clean.

Loved the location. It is a quaint apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication for check in was very good. I would recommend if you want to be away from San Marco.

Great location with lovely restaurants nearby, nice area to stay as not too busy with crowds. Ketty was an excellent host and met us to give us the keys and offer some advise, she also stored my luggage for a few hours after checkout. Apartment is very cute, has great facilities and 2 very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Location is great, nice restaurants and bars nearby. Close to everything. The place itself is charming, well equiped and clean. Ketty gave us great introduction and useful tips where to go to eat like venetians and what to see. We had awesome time!
