Lovely spacious apartment. Great character. Great location. Checkin was seamless and Marta also arranged for a porter to pick up our bags to take back to the train station.

Nice sized apartment, comfortable bed. Room to unpack clothes. Convenient kitchen, including a washing machine. Good location 10 minutes from train station and 20 minutes to San Marco Square. Plenty of restaurants surrounding.

We have arrived late night and were asked to self check which was very easy and the owner provided all information. The owner was very kind and helpful. She was communicating promtly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host - Ketty, was lovely, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The apartment was cozy and super clean. Perfect location to enjoy a bit quiet side of Venice but still really close to all the important sights. Views from the apartment are underappreciated ;) Elevator!

Very convenient location for the sights of Venice and also the bus and train station. Very quiet. Two local supermarkets and a variety of simple bars and restaurants.

“Venice gem”
One of those rare 10/10 places. Starting with location - so central that everything is in walking distance, but not in a tourist trap spot that's loud or busy. The appartment was impeccably clean, the view - fantastic, and the best part was actually the morning silence. Just reach out of the bed, open the window and take it all in.

we loved this apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Venice, the apartment was authentic, clean, beautiful and even had great views out the windows. our host Ketty was great, very friendly, informative and just a great local lady.
