“Full of character and age”

Full of character and age! A great little set up - ideal for a couple wanting to stay out of the craziness of St Marc's, but still walkable to every part of the city.

“The perfect Venetian attic”

The attic was a perfect space for a couple of nights. Great location and a comfortable stay for myself and my son.

Super central location without being noisy as it was so high up. The host was very welcoming and we found the “book” with tips on restaurants, luggage storage and public transport very helpful. The property was cosy and well equipped.

The attic was beautiful. It was clean, had an AC unit which worked well and provided everything we needed for our 4-night stay. It is located on the 04th floor (plus another flight up to the apartment from the attic doorway) so do keep that in mind if you have any accessibility needs. Marta was a gem, she was so welcoming and friendly and really helpful. The location was great for my work meetings - very central, with restaurants and bars close by, but it was not a noisy street. I would absolutely stay here again.

“Amazing stay in a historical house in the centre of Venice”

The attic was well appointed and thoroughly clean, exhibiting a lot of period features - house is 750years old. Air-conditioning was essential as it was heating up a lot during the day. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet was fast and there was a lift to the 4th floor.

The view from this room was just amazing, and the space is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Fridge, washing machine, and stove were very convenient to have while we were in Venice.

Very clean, the host met us on site and was available if we needed. Location was good, quiet but not too far from top attractions.

Great Location, very spacious with a great view of Venice in an old home Attic. The host is absolutely fantastic and very kind. Plentiful facilities like a kitchen, coffee maker, condiments, washing machine etc.

The view is unbeatable. The vibes are amazing and warm and charming. Would move into this apartment if I could. The host was so sweet and attentive. The street was quiet, but around the corners were bustling squares full of food and fun to enjoy.

Comfy beds, quiet building and in a perfect area. Restaurants and souvenier shops near by were very affordable. The place is good for 2-3 people. The host was so nice and gave us many tips for our trip.

Very good location in the center of old town. Very nice view from windows. Shower was not that bad as people say - I'm almost 2 meters tall and was able to take shower without any problem.
