“Great place to stay while in venice with family or a group”

This place was in a great location, we appreciated the little extras they provided. Check in was so easy and it was only about a 5 min easy walk from water bus stop with no bridges to go over which was nice. It has 2 full bathrooms which was convenient and our family of 6 had alot of space and could sleep comfortable. It also has a washing machine and a drying rack, but no dryer. This place is updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend.

Beautiful home, clean, tidy, big rooms. We travelled as 2 couples so having 2 bathrooms was perfect, this home would easily accommodate 6 people.

The perfect location. I spent hours trying to find somewhere to stay for my husband and I and 3 teenagers... this was perfect. So close to St Mark's Square and on a beautiful square. What was also fabulous was the communication with the owner... superb!

First class apartment with modern fixtures, fittings and decor. Excellent location around 12 minutes walk to Rialto, Piazza San Marco and 4 minutes to Academia bridge. 1 minute to Campo San Stefano. Very proactive and helpful communication from host Alberto including Prosecco and water in the fridge and 10% off at Le Caffe next door - good breakfast. Fantastic modern state of the art air con which was amazing as it was 31 degrees outside.

The apartment was cozy and lovely. The host, Alberto, was very welcoming, thoughtful and provided the details clearly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive the welcome gift from him and his mother upon arrival. We would highly recommend this place and the host!

The location of the property was fantastic - very central but quietly situated off on a side street to a square, overlooking a canal. The apartment has three good size double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with two showers) making it comfortable for six adults to stay here. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Alberto was very attentive and responded to any queries quickly. He also gave me some great restaurant recommendations - all very much appreciated. Thank you Alberto!

The property was perfect. Exactly what we needed had everything that was mentioned and the needs were very comfortable. The location was perfect and after the short boat taxi ride that Alberto organised for us was a short walk through a beautiful square. Alberto was very helpful and nothing was too hard for him. He made the stay even better by being an amazing host. Definitely recommend.

Location was great for getting to many historic sites in Venice. Place was very clean. Two bathrooms, each with a shower, were clean and quite beautiful. Bedrooms were large. Beds were comfortable.

Plenty of room for a family of 6, two bathrooms, two showers

Alberto was very helpful and gave really easy information to locate and access accommodation. The welcome gifts were also much appreciated after a hot journey. The apartment was gorgeous. We were only at this location for 2 nights but wished we were there for longer. The location is ideal to visit all areas of Venice. Alberto was attentive and answered any questions straight away. We loved Venice and it was made extra special by where we were staying. Thank you Alberto.

Wonderful apartment in the centre of Venice. Alberto was an excellent host and always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the aircon was much appreciated during the hot weather! We found the apartment very spacious for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the central location and it meant we could really make the most of a couple of days in Venice. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend, especially for families.
