“BnB Patatina is an excellent choice when visiting Venice”

The room was lovely and we had an outdoor patio area where we had breakfast that was delivered to the room by Gianluca. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect, lovely square outside with several restaurants. We ate in the restaurant below the bnb ,Patachic which was very good and reasonable. On one evening there was tango dancing g in the square which was fascinating to watch. It’s a 5 min walk to San Stae vaporetto stop, we bought the 72 hour ticket and used it regularly. We visited Murano and Burano using the vaporreto. Our host Gianluca is a very nice and helpful person.

“A great stay in a peaceful piazza”

The room was beautiful, overlooking the piazza. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. It was great to be tucked away from all of the tourist craziness but still in easy walking distance of the sites.

It's a great location, quite close to the trains station as well as to all the boat stops. The owner as well as the staff were very polite and helpful.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful. Great host, Gianluca, made us feel like at home. The room is cozy and the balcony is beautiful. The bathroom is very spacious and nice. Beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast is perfect.

You would do well to find a better location. Beautiful square with nice local restaurants and bars. Gianluca is an excellent host and very accommodating. Very quiet rooms too.

Various, tasty breakfast straight to the table was more than expected. Peaceful surrounding despite intense timing (carnivale), clean and spacious both room and bathroom. Could be bigger pillows, but still bed was comfy and it didn't affect my sleep. Such a great communication with the owner, valued help and friendly to approach.
