What a beautiful property to stay in Venice. Our hosts were fantastic. A delicious breakfast provided as well as great advice from our hosts on how to get around Venice. Highly recommend this property.

“Excellent accommodation”

Everything was perfect. Comfortable clean room, excellent breakfast and beautiful garden in a quiet location. Lovely hosts, always there to help if needed. The accommodation was the best.

Excellent breakfast for gluten-free people. The gluten-free bread is outstanding, and many choices. The location is perfect taking the orange line of Alilaguna and stopping in Ca Rezzonico

Immaculate property, very clean and comfortable with a lovely garden. Handy location, 5 mins walk from nearest water bus stop. The hosts are fantastic and looked after us exceptionally well, great choice of items for breakfast.

“A hidden gem of accomodation”

Great location - calm and cozy, very nice service, we had to check out early so we recieved a great breakfast to go, which doesn't happen very often. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was also possible to store our bags before actual check in time. It was a very nice stay in general.

Very cozy small family hotel. The hosts and the kitchen lady were super nice and friendly. There was a transport strike in Venice that day and the owners helped me a lot with my problem to get to the hotel. Location is very good, it's a quiet place close to all the public places and shops. I've enjoyed staying very much, hope to be back there one more time with my family.

“Wonderful stay!”

The apartment was perfect — clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a lovely and well-kept courtyard. The hosts were amazing and so thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, and since we had an early departure, the hostess kindly prepared it for us earlier — that was really nice and very much appreciated. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Everything was great — we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

A very nice B&B - lovely hosts, great location, nice room and a good breakfast. There were some strikes in Venice (unbeknownst to us) on the day I were to leave - and they were so helpful and kind - trying to help us out.

The place was comfortable and spotless, the garden was beautiful and the house itself was impeccably kept. The hosts were brilliant and very accommodating, breakfast was really fresh.

Amazing property, super clean, everything you need in the room and more, great shower, high quality fruits for breakfast, brilliant quite location with unique well kept garden where you can rest after a long day exploring Venice. The host and staff are awesome, we also could leave our luggage there for a whole day after the check out as our flight was late at night. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
